Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the origination of debt and equity investments in the Eastern regions of the United States. Additionally, he is responsibility for the integration between the Structured Finance program and the Mezzanine and Equity Program.  He is based in Chicago, and has responsibility for the Atlanta , Stamford, Tampa, and Washington D.C. offices. He joined Wrightwood Capital in January 1998.

Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Sullivan was an Assistant Director of Commercial Real Estate with Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company. While at Principal, he was responsible for equity transactions in the eastern United States including acquisitions, dispositions, new property development, joint ventures, and transitioning troubled loans to wholly owned properties. Prior to his tenure with Principal, Mr. Sullivan worked with a real estate pension fund advisor, where he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, new property development and asset management of commercial properties in the central and western United States .

Mr. Sullivan received a B.A. in economics and a B.S. in Architecture, with honors, from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana and an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin .
