Structured Finance
Our structured finance program
provides creatively structured financing for value-added
commercial real estate projects nationwide. The structured
finance program provides capital from $5 to $75 million for a
term of 1 to 3 years for office, retail, multi-family and
industrial property. The program focuses on assets that
involve business plans with repositioning, construction, rehab
or lease-up opportunities.
Capital Markets
Wrightwood Capital's Capital Markets
program focuses on structuring, distributing and servicing
large bridge and construction loans on a national basis. The
extension of Wrightwood Capital’s national origination
platform provides a seamless approach into the larger loan
market segment.
